You may also submit your request directly by emailing us at international@hotchocolatedesign.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and the type of request you are making.

What Happens Next?

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and complete it within 45 days of receipt. If we need additional time (up to 90 days total), we will notify you in writing with an explanation of the reason for the extension.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You will not receive a different price, level of service, or quality of products as a result of submitting a request.

Authorized Agents

If you are submitting a request on behalf of another person as an authorized agent, please email us at international@hotchocolatedesign.com with written proof of authorization. We may contact the consumer directly to verify the request.
