To start a return or exchange, please email us at international@hotchocolatedesign.com with your order number.


Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags intact

Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label at no cost to you. Simply drop your package off at your local Post Office.

Important: Once you start the return process, you have an additional 30 days to ship the item(s) back to us. If the item(s) are not received within that window, the return request will be automatically cancelled.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will send you an email confirming receipt and notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Inspection typically takes about 2 hours after delivery to our facility.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 72 hours and issued to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after approval:

  • Check your bank account again — it may not be visible immediately
  • Contact your credit card company — posting times vary
  • Contact your bank — there is often a processing delay

Exchanges

We offer size exchanges for unworn items in original condition and packaging, within the 30-day return window.

To request an exchange, email us at international@hotchocolatedesign.com with your order number and the size you need. We will send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive the original item and verify its condition, we will ship your replacement size.

Please note: if you change your mind about the exchange before shipping the item back, let us know as soon as possible so we can cancel the exchange request before it is processed.


Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible:

  • Before your order is processed: We will cancel it and issue a full refund.
  • After your order has been processed: We will provide a return address. Once we receive the item in good, resaleable condition with original packaging, we will issue a full refund.
