How International Shipping Works

All international orders are fulfilled through our logistics partner Palletized, operating from our hub in Miami, Florida, USA. This is a parcel forwarding service: your order is first processed and dispatched from our Miami hub, then forwarded to your delivery address internationally.

This two-step process typically adds 7–11 working days before your parcel reaches you from the hub. Please factor this into your expected delivery timeline.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can monitor your shipment at all times. If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at international@hotchocolatedesign.com.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Since all packages ship from the United States, they are subject to the import regulations of your destination country. Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by your country's authorities are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price shown at checkout.

We are unable to predict or calculate these charges in advance, as they vary by country, product type, and order value. For guidance, please refer to your government's official customs documentation.

Please note: Customs charges and import taxes are non-refundable in all cases — including if you choose to return your order, or if you refuse or are unable to accept the package at customs. If a package is abandoned or refused at customs and returned to us, we will refund the item cost only, minus any fees incurred during the return process.
